Sara Knapp
Executive Coach — CPA, CA, CFA, ACC
A CPA, CA, CFA, and certified coach, I've spent my career bringing clarity, focus, and results to organizations and individuals.
Identified early in my 17-year career at BMO as a leader, highly adept at navigating complexity and aligning stakeholders to deliver results, I was promoted quickly and moved around frequently to lead new, high-profile, and often enterprise-wide mandates.
Since 2010, I've turned my focus to accelerating the career success of others. Most of my clients are professionals-turned-leaders (both emerging and senior) who are motivated to win, and value the competitive advantage executive coaching affords them.
When not helping others get promoted, I can generally be found: coaching my own 3 teenage sons through life; teaching our dog new tricks, or working through my bucket list in the company of friends and family.
